Akhil Khosla, MD, is a pulmonary and critical care physician at Yale-New Haven Hospital. A native of Ontario, Canada, Dr. Khosla completed his internal medicine residency at Norwalk Hospital in Connecticut and then completed fellowships in pulmonary and critical care at Norwalk Hospital and Yale University School of Medicine. His current clinical and research interests include acute pulmonary embolism, airway management in the ICU, shock, and resuscitation. He is actively involved in a number of quality improvement projects including management of pulmonary embolism response teams (PERTs).
