Sequential Organ Failure Assessment (SOFA)-2 Score
Assesses severity of acute organ dysfunction in critically ill adults.
SOFA-2 is newly derived and requires additional external validation; it has not yet been incorporated into major critical care guidelines and should not replace established tools, such as the original SOFA.
