Advice

Based on the result, a patient’s risk can be assessed as:

  • Low risk: <10% risk of osteoporotic fracture over 10 years.
  • Moderate risk: 10-20% risk of osteoporotic fracture over 10 years.
  • High risk: >20% risk of osteoporotic fracture over 10 years.
Management
